Future Colour.
This project came from research I conducted during my degree. I was already interested in trend but I wanted to make use of my Art Direction skills - I created a forecast that focused more on macro trends, influenced by the views of Millennials and Gen Z. The project contained a publication, a site, video work, samples of scent, colour and materials, and the still life shoot images that can be seen below.

Desire Sample Mood.

The longing for something else, something more than the digital. From an early age younger gens have been living in a world driven by technological developments. A closer relationship with nature, our natural selves, being human not a machine.

Moving forward, influenced by other cultures. Looking East, powerful economies like South Korea, China and Japan. Kpop, Nintendo world, Tiktok. Camille Henrot's “Est-il possible d’être révolutionnaire et d’aimer les fleurs? ” : a project influenced by Japan's Ikebana.

Action Sample Mood.

This story develops from the pursuit of transparency, events related to the economic crisis and later on COVID leave the youth feeling bitter, there is a drive and desire to change the way things are being done. Riots, moving and taking the streets. Together to build change, despite of the dimmed colours of our sometimes grey reality.
